Nice article Raghuvir! But why the scientists are making research on sleep, rather they should go to sleep. LOL!

Actually sleep is of great importance. If we do not get good sleep, we can’t work comfortably, our concentration, understanding, tolerance, physical capacity all will fall down. Because we can’t feel fresh and active after a night spent on struggling for sleep. I know some persons personally having sleep disorders. They can do nothing good. They are irritating a lot.

I love to sleep a lot. Even I get scolding for that. Hahaha! But only if time permits, I am free with nothing else to do. Generally I feel comfortable with at least 7 hours of sleep. Less than that seems a bit tiring.
