”Distance from first DIV top corner = second DIV top + first DIV height – first DIV top – browsermargin.”

whose distance is ”Distance from first DIV top corner”? if it is of secondrel then
what is the difference between ”Distance from first DIV top corner” and ”second DIV top” ??
